A simply magnificent natural saltwater Pearl, from the azure waters of the Pacific coast of Mexico, weighing an immense 9.88ct. The pearl is probably from the pteria sterna mollusk family. A slightly baroque pear in shape, the pearl can be angled in a pendant setting to show an almost perfect pear. The top of the pearl has a slightly golden sheen compared to the more silver bottom area and back. The pearl will be supplied fully certificated by the prestigious GIA laboratory. Note that this has not yet been done - we will give it to GIA for express certification after a bid has been accepted, but before payment is made.
