We are delighted to offer for sale a simply gorgeous Estate ring, probably 30-40 years old, set in solid Platinum and featuring a stunning Unheated pastel Blue Sapphire from Sri Lanka weighing an absolutely impressive 7.40ct approximately. The beautifully made Estate ring contains an array of clean and white diamonds of excellent quality totalling .18ct. The central Blue Sapphire is simply gorgeous - a pastel light to medium pastel ‘cornflower ‘ hue which at its best, like this example, shows extreme fire and vibrancy. The stone is absolutely eye clean, with only one minuscule inclusion visible to the most eagle eyed of us by ones of the prongs. Such exceptional clarity in such a large blue sapphire is absolutely rare and absolutely to be collected.
